good moring everyone i have been getting anxiety for over 2 weeks here and there and it makes me feel sick to my stomach. I want to start the program today the thinking and the nervous stomache is terrible.I would get up to go to work this last 2 weeks of school and i couldnt wait for school to be over.I have suffered with anxiety and depression for about 29 years and didnt know what it was. How crazy was that? I have been on xanax for about 17 years off and on. But it makes me feel better. I also take herbs for my nervous stomach I have never seen a psychiatrist for help but thank God for Lucindas program i did 5 weks of the program and i stopped cause i felt better,i need to start again cause the anxiety came back. Anybody gone through that?

that happened to me too. I have had the program for 4 yrs, and I did only the 5 wks. and stopped because I noticed I was feeling better.
It's o.k. to start over keep at it and take it one day at a time. That's the positive talk I tell myself. It will get easier because you did it before.

denise thanks for your reply i was wondering if anybody had started the program and then stopped it becaude of feeling better but maybe if going all the way with the program we could have control of the anxiety better. should i start it from the begining or continue where i left off. Idont remember what the begining weeks were (exactly)like. A little confused. It comes and go once in a while my anxiety i mean.

If you don't remember what the first few weeks were like, I'd do it over - if you've been through it before, it will be like a refresher, and maybe you can spend less time on each session until you catch up.
I find this to be a very individual program - like Session 1 and 2, I could go through pretty quickly and felt a lot of improvement from immediately. Session 3, I had to spend 3 weeks on. Session 4, I've so far spent 2 weeks on. I find that as long as I'm still thinking *a lot*, processing and journaling based on the last session, I stay with that session, and only move on to the next one when I feel it's exhausted.

For me I started right from scratch really no big deal. Get yourself familiar with it and give yourself a break. I have started over and I am determined to finish it to the end. Stay with it and take notice what is going on in your life. Review and take as long as you need on each tape. It's not a race.....all the best!

Can doing the program by yourself help or do I need a coach? Has any of you stuck to it by yourself and saw yourself through to the full completion?
