I have gone through the program at least 8 times and I've gotten alot better but still I'm still really struggling with the anxiety and depression and I realize why. There would be a point in the program in which I would continually tell myself "I can't do this or that" and not really realizing that this was a negative thought that i needed to replace and then it would discourage me and leave me feeling hopeless. Its funny, I've been doing this for 6 years and i've only realized this within the past 6 months. Its great though, I can get further in my progress now. I'm hoping that people that are doing the same thing as I did would find this post and be more aware of those negative thoughts.

Thank you, Ninja. That was a great thing to share!

I think I buy into the same thought, "I can't do this". Maybe now that you've made me aware of it, I could gentle it to, "I can't do this yet, but I'm getting better and expect to be able to do this soon."

Or instead of saying i can't...say I can attempt or I can start to...even if i make mistakes i can still try.
