For some reason my anxiety makes me forget things real easy.

For example I cannot remember names of things alot.

Anyone else with this? I also have twitched in my eyes, face and such.

I know it has to be anxiety since anxiety does so many things.

Another question.

I drink coffee and love coffee.However I am noticing that coffee is making me nervous. It worse if I also have to take a puff on my inhaler.

Is there another warm drink that is not decaf that is good for me? I just like warm drinks.

Is hot cocoa as bad? Or Certain warm teas? I just like something warm to drink.

Is green tea bad? Apple Cyder? I want to be healthier but not sure how to go about it.

Beth,

You have probably not gotten to session 5 yet, but Dr. Fisher and Lucinda say to stay away from anything with caffeine (coffee, chocolate) and cut out your sugar. They can both hype you up. One guy on this board, EddyJ, recommends chamomile tea highly. He says you can get it decaffeinated. Sorry you might have to give up your caffeine, but when you listen to session 5, you'll get a fuller explanation.
