Hey i just started the program and knowing that there are people out there like me has alredy helped me out alot, but i always feel dizzy and i dont know how to make it stop any ideas??

with anxiety the majority of the blood gets pumped into the muscles and away from the organs. In the case of dizziness there is less blood going to both your brain and your inner ear (responsible for equilibrium) so they aren't functioning to the desired level thus dizziness.

Work through the anxiety, that'll make it stop.
