7 years. That is how long I've been dealing with anxiety. 1 year, that is how long my new friend depression came along to chime in. All kinds of fun physical symptoms, doctor's visits, tests, and mental symptoms. But then, you've all been there and done that too, I am sure.

I am 41 years old, with 2 kids and a wonderful wife I am tired of burdening with this.

So. I am going to do this program.

I am going to work hard, and I am expecting results. I am tired, so very tired, of living like this.

So, here we go. Tomorrow is Day 1, Week 1. Gotta start somewhere.

Looks like you are on day4. I am on day 3. How are you feeling? I want this to work but I am fearful I won't let it. I've been dealing with depression for 20 years. I've already learned new stuff about me that sure would have helped had I known way back when. Like you, I hope this will work so my loving husband can have a better life. Our spouses probably suffer more from our illness than we do.
