Its tuesday again and here is the latest video!

In this video I talk about how I see myself inside and how I desire to be that person on the outside as well as changes I'm noticing and a few insights when it comes to facing challenges. In the 2nd part of the video I talk about the theme of the class I had this week which was Emotions....this was a pretty big topic, I talk about my challenges as well as a few insights like how it can be detrimental to categorize certain emotions as bad, the purpose of emotions as well as what happens when you allow yourself to feel those uncomfortable emotions and how I did that when I was in class....So I hope this helps give some insight and helps you guys to feel better about the emotional part of yourselves and some insight as to how you can start to deal with those emotions in a healthier way that is going to lead to life being experienced at a higher and more enjoyable level.

Tuesday again and that means another video!

This one is day 7 which is the last day of the series
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=izbGCGs5aP0

In this video I talk about how the lesson from last week's class (emotions) played out in my week as well as the new week's lesson (scene work)....I talk about my goals moving forward and my realization of changes that I need to make in order to support those goals as well as how others can grow in a similar way even if they don't have access to the same class that I attended. Well I hope you enjoy and next week's video will be more of a summary and comparisson.

I had my 2nd improv class of the second term...this one was about starting and I talk more about my experience with listening but I incorporated it into this week's lesson....I had cut the before class part out to make the video shorter too....I also put an important insight about thoughts which is very similar to what is taught in the program about obsessive scary thoughts, so check it out! There is also a few suprises in there as well.

Day 3 of improv for anxiety level B....this week's video was about connection both inside an improv scene and outside...I show you a representation of some of the games we played and speak about how they help with connection as well as some of the things that interfere...what I mean by that is the things that can make us feel lonely, even if we are around people...that is also what I call disconnection.....there is some useful information if you are looking for understanding when it comes to that feeling of connection. So here's the video!

There are a couple good parts when it comes to being in the moment that I mention but I think the most valuable thing is the different silly-humorous things I added :) and yeah they are pretty silly! enjoy!

here is day 5 of Improv for anxiety level B
- This week's episode is about Points of View...I talk about what it is and the importance of it not only in improv scenes but in life as well and I talk about my own experience with today's class...my own point of view is even changing when it comes to getting up there and participating with the improv activities....I used to be really terrified but now i'm starting to really enjoy it and I'm also starting to anticipate class and the games in a lot more of a positive light....so you guys will get to hear about that and you can even compare how I am now as opposed to how I was in the very beginning of improv class (the first linked video I posted in this thread). I want to show you all that it is possible to overcome fears and to start to enjoy the activities that didn't seem possible due to the fear...this is why I keep posting these videos! So I hope you enjoy this and I hope it can inspire you guys in your own personal healing journeys.
