I've recently had my first session with Emotional Freedom Tapping/Technique. Has anyone else heard of this or tried it? It's a gentle tapping by the fingers on certain acupuncture points while focusing on specific emotional issues/memories and reciting affirmations until the negative feelings are gone! It works! I am reading more about it and how it can help those of us who are highly sensitive deal with our daily stresses and resolve past pain. It's certainly worth looking into and I would be happy to share the website of the woman who helped me. It's a wonderful skill to have in addition to this program as they both promote the power of positive self-talk.
