Journal Question

I just started the program and am on week one. I see I am supposed to start a journal. I have never been a diary or journal writing type of gal so I have no idea what I am supposed to be writing. In the CD it said I would start noticing a pattern of what I eat and anxiety. Does that mean I am supposed to write down everything I eat and feel? That would be a lot of writing! :lol:

Dear chinclub. Welcome to the Program and to the Forum! Just use the journal more for little notes (not for complete sentence writing) for session 1. It will help you to recognize your thinking when you are feeling anxious. You may see patterns of when your anxiety peaks. I hope this helps.
