Stress Center Peer Support

I have been suffering from anxiety for quite a few years. My adrenalin runs continuously. I have been taking Ativan for it. Cant seem to find an antidepressant to help as I have heart palpitations and the antidepressants just dont react well with the palpitations. I have been lonely as I am depressed and have been taking care of my mother who has severe dementia. I need someone to talk to as I need support. I would love to hear from someone that could help me get through this.
