shopping anxiety

I'm just beginning this program, and listened to session 1, and am doing the workbook.
one of the things in the list is not being able to go shopping. I thought it funny but then It just dawned on me that so many times when I go into a store, I get major stomach aches, have to use the bathroom, go back to trying to shop, but get the stomach ache right back... and then I lose my focus on what I went into the store for.
I usually end up leaving the store, and the second I am out of the store, my stomache ache goes away, and the need to use the bathroom goes away.
I never used to have this problem. I don't know when it started. I hate it because most of the time, I shop online, other than for groceries.
Is this anxiety?
