Stress Center Peer Support

I just received my Starter Pack and the CDs refer to a workbook that isn't in it. Is it shipped separately? Do I just listen to the CDs over and over?

I am not sure about a starter pack? Mine came in one box. It had 5 boxes that had 15 cd's 4 dvds 4 work books and some carry cards. I started with the introduction cd and watched a dvd, did the workbook, and listened to session one. I believe they suggest you do at least 1 session per week. I personally did longer on most of them. Its all very personal you can do at your own pace, but I would suggest you understand the lesson and try to apply it to your personal life. I had the same question because it's not labeled as a "workbook". It's the text that's labeled "Guidebook" on the front cover (in a small box, near the center of the cover). Hopefully you received it...
