Stress Center Peer Support

I just ordered the program and just started the first CD, but where do I get this workbook that they keep referring to? Was it suppose to be part of the program or am I suppose to buy it separately. I looked on the web to find it, but nothing comes up.

The work books are inside the box with each set of CD's. I too was confused with all the pieces when I started. If there isn't a book inside each set, something has happened with the packaging!! I think you will find them in there.

Welcome Blick. I just started the program as well. As a matter of fact tomorrow will make day 8.

Wonderfulight, I will like to make sure I understand, how many workbooks should we have in our package? I only received one and it reads "Guidebook, Sessions 1-15".

Yes the workbook is in the box w/the discs and DVD's - as kinster said - it says Guidebook sessions 1-15

Kinster - as far as I know there is only 1 that's all I got and it's got all 15 sessions...

although w/kids mines getting messed up a little - I wonder if there is a way to get a duplicate

Mine came in 4 separate books... If your package is like mine, you will find a book for session 1-4 and another for 5-8 and so on.

Oh ok. The sessions that I have that are broken down like yours are only my CD's. My workbook is sessions 1-15.

Thanks for all the replies... I have found the workbook. It was a little overwhelming and I didn't notice it with all the CD's/DVD's.

I just started the CD's, haven't done any of the workbook yet but I am going to start. Here's to all our recoveries
