how do you get a program coach?

I was just wondering if anyone here has a program coach. I read about people having a coach at StressCenter, but I'm not sure how to get in touch with one. Do you just call the number on the website?

With me one actually contacted me which was wierd because i didn't really ask for one. I think you it would probabbly be a good idea to call StressCenter.com directly and they can give you the most accurate info.

I think they just call you. I was contacted yesterday to set up a time when a program coach could call me? I did not contact them.

I recieved a call today. It was a free 45 min. call to go over the program, and ask questions or talk about a problem. They give you more ideas. You cn then subscribe to a monthly call, weekly ect. for a fee. That was what it was about. You can do that at any time. Just letting you know what I found out.
