Am looking for all the help I can get. I just received packet and will begin Session 1 immediately. I have been fighting anxiety all my life as well as depression. I've tried medicating in numerous ways. I definitely need peer support.

Thank You All

Hello Kathleen, welcome to the site....it definitely does help you. This is the second time around for me. But the most helpful tape I found was the Expectations one. Boy, was that me. Its a job coming around but it feels good and it takes practice and mind control. Good Luck....my real name is Sandra....creamcheesepuff is my cats name. lol.

Also very new, It seems overwhelming, but exciting. I want to listen to all the cd's. Is that ok, or do I have to wait

Hi, I am also new to all this. I am a little over whelmed and undecided if this is the right route for me. I am trying to figure out exactly where I fit into with the issues I am having. Good Luck!

Hi and I am very new to this and very confused too. I dont know how this works. My first question is if you dont live in the same state as the Treament Center, DO you have to fly there for a week and they will teach you the skills that you need to know or the second option is they send you all the cds and the packets, and you do the program at home.

I don't know why it is denied. There is a poster who's name is Deny. Is this what you are thinking. His reply on quotes had nothing there.
