I've been working with the 6 steps you use when a wave of anxiety or any strong negative feeling comes up and I've noticed that there are many things that cause me alot of anxiety. I still do many of them but only for a short period of time as the anxiety grows and I end up feeling i have to leave or stop and then I end up doing just that.

Working out (i get overwhelmed at the ammount of sets and reps i plan for myself)
Talking
Listening
Walking
Playing videogames
Doing dishes
Rushing
Relaxing
Sleeping
Confrontations
Reading a book
Drawing
Painting
Listening to music
Thinking about family
Waterfalls (I get anxious about how water falls don't run out of water and how thats possible)
Space and the question of how the universe even started
Asking for things
Saying Hi to my friend's bf (no idea why)
Being on the computer
Doing laundry
Preparing food
Looking at recipes
People calling on the phone
Treating people with shiatsu
Being on a tredmill
Spending money
Being in a place i cannot leave
Working
Exhaustion
Cleaning
Guided meditations
Waking up
Small towns
Not seeing friends for awhile
Family

Thats all i can think of right now. No wonder i have generalized anxiety.
