Stress Center Peer Support

I am new to the forum and am awaiting shipment of the program.
My life was going along very nicely until my spouse was killed by a drunk driver. 24 years over just like that.
I used the program years ago that I borrowed from a friend and it helped so I decided to buy it to help me before I get worse.

Hard to know the right thing to say, but that is very sad and you must be very lonely after having a loving companion for so long. I had a murder in my family, my mother. It has been sixteen years now I have struggled with that. I was very angry and sad. It became a reference point to everything in my life, my identity! I finished this course last month and am finally becoming myself again. I didn't know how to grieve, but you've got to do it to get beyond it back to living. Can you find a grief group? This course should help you find your way. It helped me to get a life again.
