Hi everyone,

I don't know if someone recognize this. I am going through the programm. Thankfully I am not experiencing bodysymptomes anymore.
But I have this fear of letting myself completely go and have completely faith in myself and that I will be ok.
Everytime I try to let go of that fear I suddenly get a thought that something bad will happen. Like having a panic attack or worse. And than I will go back to being worried/afraid.

Anyone familiar with this?

Hi Nugget--I get that as well. But then Lucinda said that that is what will happen. Some symptoms will be magnified as we become more aware of our thoughts and feelings. I start to feel better and stretch myself...it is an ongoing process...baby steps, baby steps...:D Paislee

Paisleegreen, I have to keep reminding myself that this is a proces. Baby steps indeed. ;-)
