Hi- I just received my dvds and cds in the mail along with all the program info

I received all my dvds and cds and all the information in the mail yesterday. Today I called the 800 number and they told me which dvds and cds to listen to first. Ive already listened to the 1st jump start dvd on my television. I don't understand what Lucinda is talking about when she says to look in my workbook. I never got a workbook. I dont see one in the box. Can someone explain to me what that is and where to find it?? I appreciate it. Thank you very much

The workbooks are in the boxes with the CDs. The DVDs, as I understand, are supplements to the CDs. Relax and look through everything you have, it is all there.

The workbooks are inside the box with the cds. For example, session 1-4 cds have a workbook at the beginning. Take your time, it can be a little overwhelming at first. Once you start, you'll get the hang of it.
