I actually bought the program last year and it sat in my closet for a year. I decided to finally start it as I am desperate to get better, but am finding it hard to stick to a week by week schedule. I have been on week three for two weeks, and weeks one and two took me three weeks each. Does this seem unreasonable? I have had anxiety in some form for nearly 30 years, and it just seems to be taking me a long time to process all the information. I swear I am not a moron, but I think the program may take me years! Am I doing something wrong, or will I do o.k. going at my own pace instead of trying to do each session in just one week?

take your time and do it at your own pace 1 and 2 were ok for me but 3 is taking quite a bit more time the more you do it the better it will sink in weve been negative and anxious for a long time so it will take some time to undo what we have done to ourselves keep plugging along and stay with it
