right now i am feeling good today. but whenever i feel good i question why im not haveing anxiety and work myself up. does this happen to anyone else?

Hi jp,

With me I just wonder how long the good will last or what will trigger it to change to bad. I try my best to enjoy every good moment as I know how truly bad the oposite can be. It's a matter of doing our best to live each precious moment and not let our negative thought process take over and get a grip on us. It takes a lot of retraining how we think and react to everyday life. It will get easier as we practise the new skills we learn. Try hard to just treasure every great moment. You can do this..be patient, take baby steps and work the program.
