I've been avoiding session 10 because i am worried that it will increase those scary obsessive thoughts and I really don't want to go down that path again. I've noticed that as I move through each session, there seems to be increase in that particular feeling. For example session 9 was really tough, I have a hard time letting go of guilt and worry. i'm feeling better now, but I'm worried about session 10. Can anyone relate?

Yes, I understand your fear and I feel this is a common reaction when you are beginning each new session. There is something you need to know though to help move you through this concern. Avoidance is the problem. When you avoid you actually keep the fear alive. When you confront what you fear you lessen it. It decreases in size. It may seem like you have more anxiety at first but that is also natural. With persistence you will push through this and see that it is temporary. When you avoid you keep the fear going (until you choose to no longer avoid).

Please continue on. You'll be glad you did. Take it a sentence a day if you must but do begin session 10.
