Stress Center Peer Support

Hello everyone,
I know there's a lot of people out there hurting because at one time I was one of them. I have completed the program and doing it again. I feel myself getting closer to complete recovery everyday. It's a good feeling to feel strong inside to really get into your life and live it instead of living life through other people. To anyone out there who thinks they're worse than anybody else, too messed up, too hopeless, or helpless, it's not true. It's just the condition. You can change. You can have a life and live that life to its fullest. You deserve to live your life to its fullest each and every day. You only have this one life here now choose to live it. Now I'm not saying you don't have an afterlife but that's individual beliefs. Me, I believe in God and eternal life. But again, not to offend, to each their own beliefs. With that aside, choose to live your life to its fullest. It's a choice and you can choose too.

Good to hear about your great progress! I think repeating the program is a good idea. I've gone thru it three times now and every time I completed it I felt better and better. It was nice of you to post your testimonial- It's good for people just starting to hear this so they don't give up.
