Wow, you guys are great! Thanks so much! I felt great most of the day & now have a headache & feel like electric is running through my body. I wanted to say " don't worry it's just anxiety" but when you said that you get so thirsty I now wonder if you've been tested for diabetes, for that is one of the main symptoms for diabetes and not an anxiety symptom. If you have'nt been tested maybe you should look into it.
You can have those symptoms with diabetes too. Have you been losing a lot of weight without trying? because that's another symptom for diabetes. I know a few people with diabetes and being thirsty a lot was one of the main symptoms along with being shaky.
