Hello to all!!!! I have a question for the mothers. Has anyone experienced the hot flashes. Is it the hormones or is it high anxiety??? Thanks for your input.

Hi KT,
I am a mother of two and my depression and anxiety peaked during post partum. You are not alone. Not only did I experience hot flashes but night sweats as well. I ultimatley was diagnosed with PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) which explained these symptoms along with the migraines. Luckily for me, I had a hysterectomy a few months ago and ALL that stuff as quit except occasional night sweats. Good luck!

goodmorning...

I am also a mother, and when having a attack or starting one i will have the sweats and also the hot flashes..mine go from hot to cold..almost like i have the flu..Are you on any meds for yr attacks?
