Hello everyone,
This is my first post since I got the program program. I'm on week four and I have noticed improvements. One thing I have not yet gained control of or even really an understanding of why I feel this way is my overwhelming anxiety when a loved one is sick. For example, my boyfriend has a simple head cold, and I felt such overpowering anxiety this morning at work that had a panic attack and had to leave. I have been able to stop other panic attacks since I started the program but this one I could not get through. Can anyone sympathize with feeling anxious over a simple, silly head cold?
