My name is Lisa and this is my Third time doing the program.
I am currently on Lesson 12 and I think I may be finally Getting "IT"

"IT" being my resistance to change.
Mine is scaring myself with ost's (Obsessive Scary Thoughts) to distract myself from having to make a change in myself.
Also!!!
It's also always about ME!
How selfish. I always need that reassurance from MOM or Michael( my BF)
Well its TIME I CHANGED!
ANyways that's where I stand!

The program is GREAT and I m happy to be doing it a THIRD time.
Do not let that discourage anyone- its OK to do it more than once.

I'm on my second time around and have had a heck of a time with the resistance to change. Every time I think I know why and what I'm resisting I come up with a different reason. Hope on the third time around I end up getting "it" also.
