hi guys,
i could use some help. i'm new here. I've been suffering from anxiety and panic for 8 years now. I bought the book "From panic to power" 3 months after my first panik attack and it helped me get by. However the panic kept coming back and has been my constant companion for the past years. I tried the programme two years back. Again it helped but it keeps coming back. I can't seem to overcame the actual fear of the fear. My mom has a mental illness, so i keep thinking i will end up like her. Can anyone relate? I'm having a very tough time just now and could use some prectical advice.
