I just got a gret job im a probation officer its hared cause of my anxiety i worry all the time that ill quit my job and lose my new house i bought because of my scary thought thoughts like going crazy hearing or seeing things. im seeing a shrink and im going to start the program over again and give it my full attetion the way i should do it can any one help me start the program.

Just wanted to say Hi, I am also in AZ and listening to the suns game. Are you State or county D.O.C.? I due Security, I am on week 4 should be starting week 5 tomorrow.
