I noticed a drop if I dont do these tapes. They are so beneficial to my thought processes right now. I am in training. I feel there is much to do. Practicing and applying Lucindas strategies are significant in feeling better. You must keep reinforcing yourself. Self Talking and pushing those debilitating thoughts right out of the head!!! I dive into the guilt pool and then swim to the top again. Its a virtual recycling of how you focus and rearrange your thinking...... I still have some moments...I cry at times, I think too much, I dwell....but I stop it....I AM NOT GOING TO DESTROY MYSELF...I am worth more than that.!!! creamcheese
