Worries about Psyche evaluation major setbacks

Post by poetrob » Tue Mar 15, 2011 10:24 am

I have experienced major setbacks with my anxiety and depression. Haven't done anything with the program
in at least four weeks.

I went through a psychiatric evaluation and experienced a panic attack. A BIG ONE!

I worry mostly about the results. I may or may not have Asperger's syndrome. Chances are higher
that I am Bi-Polar. In either case, my life will dramatically change.

With Asperger's syndrome, there is no known treatment besides therapy. With bi-polar I think i
will be unable to work. So, the worry treadmill is giving me a workout. The "What if's" are
tormenting me.

What if I have Asperger's? What if I am Bi-polar?

Honestly, I am scared.
