:D Session 9 is in the books for me. I learned more valuable techniques for handling worry and guilt. All of my guilt was from the past. I learned to forgive myself for it. My guilt was due to things I didn't do in the past either for myself or someone else. I know now that it was the anxiety that prevented me from doing things in the past. I still have a little worry that pops up, however, slowly but surely that worry is starting to dissipate.
