I worry all of the time.I know its a bad habit but it wears me out sometimes. It takes my energy. The bad thing about it is that I cant find section nine of my program.I remember the part about setting a worry time and post poning your worries until that time.Does anybody else have any advice about this subject to help refresh my memory about the worry tape. Please help!

God bless you sweetie. :)

Where is your workbook ??? :? Please don't tell me you're doing this program with the tapes only.

SMILE.

Go find that workbook and look at the action assignments in lesson 9.

Call the StressCenter.com and they will have your name and info. from when you ordered the program and get a replacement tape.

It's not a quick fix. Step by step work at it.
It gets easier as you practice.

Hugs.
