I have to say that if one thing is true is that I am big on worrying and feeling guilty. This is difficult for me becasue I seem to worry endlessly about things that are not on my business. I don't do it intentionally. I just do it!! There have been times that I have been unable to sleep. It is ridiculous. Why am I making other people's problems my problem? It isn't my problem. The

Then I tell myself how productive is being worried and then feeling guilty? It ioes nothing. I like what Lucinda sai. To just put worry aside and then when things are quiet take action!! Bottom line as much as one may worry the end result is the same!!

adding to your comment, the homework also mentions this exercise:

Write out three of your most bothersome worries of that day. Write, put pen and paper to work, on how you might work it out the next day in order to find a solution.

Worry - problem solve - solution!
