I am just finishing up Week 5 of the program, and I found something that worked very well for me...prayer. I prayed to God that he would give me the strength to persevere, to keep going and remember that it is not always going to be easy, and that is okay. I asked him to keep me motivated and help me pull myself out of depressive moments and remember that life is wonderful. Today I felt so much better! While I still had some anxiety, I felt like I had a new strength within me that was guiding me, and helping me to continue to move forward, and challenge myself in ways that I never thought possible. The greatest part is, all you have to do is ask! God will be there to help you through this if you just believe in him~

That's awesome! Thanks for sharing that with us, I pray a lot too. Sometimes it seems that either it works more for others or help/healing comes easier for others. Me, well I've been real close to God for like...ever, and even though prayer isn't making my life perfect overnight I know it helps. I'm learning the pain and suffering that so many people are experiencing so I guess it really was for a reason! Thanks again....God is GREAT!
