Stress Center Peer Support

I have been struggling with something that I never had to deal with. I am Catholic and the fear of certain religious views has given me panic attacks on a daily basis. I LOVE my faith and I have never struggled with it so much. I am not sure how to figure out how to decided if my fear is a "calling" or simply anxiety. I am not sure if any of you are Catholic or if you can even relate to feeling like you HAD TO do something but didn't want to. I want to be faithful but I also want to be happy.

What do you mean when you say you think your anxiety might be due to a fear or a "calling". Do you think that you have anxiety because this is the trial you are meant to go through or is it something else?
