Stress Center Peer Support

Hello,
I am so encouraged and amazed at how quickly I can fall asleep by just after two weeks. Using the relaxation CD has been heaven sent. But now I am experiencing anger toward my family because of all the work that is ahead of me in finding healing through this wonderful program.
What to do?

Dont be angry at your family. In time you will get through the program. God has wonderous things for you just be patient. Im sure your family loves you so treat them as you would treat the Lord. I wish you all the best on completing the program and remember your not alone. Take care and God bless
