Stress Center Peer Support

Hi all,

I hope I am not doing anything inappropriate by asking you all to pray for a friend of ours named Jill. She is scheduled to have a bone marrow transplant on March 26th. She has been through so much, and she is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Actually, when my husband and I were trying to comfort her, she sent us a thank you note that had the scripture "Cast all your anxieties on Him for He cares for You", which ended up ministering to me and my husband who had a lot of anxiety. Just a really wonderful person who is obviously very scared right now. This is her only chance at a cure, and it could also kill her.

Her husband's name is David. Less than a year ago, his sister passed away from cancer in a hospital room right across from Jill's. He helped scatter his sister's ashes last weekend, and now he's about to face this with Jill.

Please pray for them, and thank you all so much for being so supportive.

Hi I never know when my message will be posted. I seem to have trouble in that area. I whave allready prayed tor Jill and David and will continue to do so, I have so much GAD , and then yesterday my Dr. called and said the ultra sound shoued a small nodule on my thyroid. .Pray , Please that it not cancer and that I can handle my mental problem Thanks ernajoy

luvpiggy and ernajoy,

I am adding you to the prayer request section that is on the spiritual part. We pray every wed. night at 10pm if anyone would like to join all the info is on there. LUVPIGGY this is NOT AT ALL inappropriate! A few days before wed there is always place for a prayer request from anyone that needs it. If you don't call in on wed then we will still pray for you. God bless you all!

I am praying for Jill and David. They are blessed to have such good friends as you and your husband.
