I'm also a Christian & God had done more for me then I could ever imagine! Including this program ,I'm three days in and already finding myself remembering to live in the moment. I feel fabulous! I always remind myself of Corinthians chapter 12-9 God reminds us HIS GRACE IS ENOUGH FOR US TODAY .....his power is made perfect in weakness! In other words leave yesterday behind & leave tomorrow for itself .....God will give us Grace when we get there! I know we all can stay strong & make it through this program with FAITH
