I am a 52 year old retired veteran from the Air Force. I run a small home based computer business and recently enrolled at Colorado Theological Seminary, distance learning program to earn a degree in Christian Counseling. I woke up one morning just after the holidays with a sever anxiety attack out of the blue, along with depression. I have also suffered my whole life with social anxiety. I know I have developed a negative thought pattern of thinking, and after watching the jump start video, I believe retraining our thinking is the key. I am a Christian and believe what scriptures say that
we can be transformed by the renewing of our minds. I am integrating positive biblical verses into my training program. If anyone would like to have a copy of these verses, ask me and I will be more than happy to post them for you!

Great decisoin Mossman.
I'm 58, Retired Army Officer, now an investment advisor and Christian, too. Just started myself.

All those successes in life never dealt with any of this stuff before; to the point of near suicide many times. Looks like we both wamt to move on. God bless

I'll say a pray for you.
