I love this!! Today, this scripture meant a lot to me. I will share it and would like you to share some with me that would be helpful for overcoming anx/dep.

"Now what I am commanding you today is not too difficult for you or beyond your reach.
Deut. 30:ll

Just the encouragement I needed today. YOUR TURN!

"I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29: 11-13)

One of my all-time, most comforting!

Isaiah 40:31

"But those who trust in the Lord
will receive new strength.
They will fly as high as the eagle.
They will run and not get tired.
They will walk and not grow weak."

~Job 1:12~
The Lord said to Satan, "Very well, then, everything he has is in your hands, but on the man himself do not lay a finger."
~He says this in response to Satan commenting on how Job has never had to face a lot of hardship and that when he has to, he will shun God and curse Him.~
~my favorite part of it is that Satan had to get to get God's permission to do anything. then he prevented Satan from hurting Job himself. It's nice to remember God truly is in control of my life. :)

chrit, just posting any scriptures on anxiety or depression would help. Sure, you can post every day if you want or whenever.

So do not worry or be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will have worries and anxieties of its own. Sufficient for each day is its own trouble.
