36 Christian Ways to Reduce Stress
1. Pray
2. Go to bed on time.

4. Say "No," to projects/activities that won't fit into your time schedule, or that will compromise your mental health.
5. Delegate tasks to capable others.
6. Simplify and un-clutter your life.
7. Less is more. (Although one is often not enough, two are often too many.)

sheri, I don't normally post anything but I really enjoyed reading your posts and it sounds like you are very close with the lord. Many of the topics could really help people.I think that it is really sad that people have so much anger towards you. They feel as if you are trying to shove it down their throat, but if they don't want to hear about god then don't read your posts.I believe everyone does deserve the right to make their own choices.Sheri is just trying to give some uplifting words of encouragement.Keep doing what you are doing sheri.

I enjoyed reading these. And, they do apply to everyone. If I could do a quarter of these things, I can only imagine how much better off I would be.

These are excellent suggestions! Thank you for the list. It helps a LOT!

Pace yourself. When I get in a hurry to finish a task, I pay for it everytime. Going at your own speed
is always a good idea. It lessens your chance of having stress and anxiety
Take a walk when your are trying to solve a problem or just want to enjoy nature. Taking a walk
is a way that I can be with and talk to God. Remember, He is constantly with you.Remember the footsteps in the sand.
Leave behind problems that you cannot solve. Leave these problems in God's hands.
Remember to pray every day. You do not need to be in a church or kneeling down. You can pray to God anywhere and anytime.
