Am new to this too. Don't know where or how to start, but Jesus seems to be the only place consistent for me. Suggestions for the next step would be appreciated. I spend about an hour each morning in prayer (either the rosary or with Partners in Prayer--from Assumption Abbey in North Dakota). Would like advise how to carry the beauty of this time throughout my day.

congratulations on taking the first and BIGGEST step to anxiety/depression recovery!!! I'm so proud of YOU! Please take it one day at a time and be patient and loving toward yourself! Prayer is the BIGGEST and MOST important thing you can do! I'm happy to hear that you are a believer. As I expressed to another "newbie", God drew me to this program which drew me closer to HIM"....Praise be to GOD and all his righteousness!!! Listen to your "relaxation" cd as much as possible and journal ALOT!!! This has helped me SOOO much! I'm eager to see your "praise reports" as you go along. Take advantage of this forum, and post as much as you like. That's what were here for.
