Hello Everyone!
I am wondering if anyone here meditates.

A doctor suggested I try meditation for my anxiety and depression.

I took his advice, and it felt great but I could not stick with it.

Please forgive me if this topic has already been covered. I have not received the program yet and this is my first post

Hi:
It works IF YOU WORK THE PROGRAM.
I'd go back and read lots of posts on here if I were you.
You will see testimonies of what the program does for depression and anxiety.
However, it basically teaches you what to do for yourself.
It gives you skills to work with.

I like the program so well that I bought 2 extra sets of it - one for each of my daughters.

I don't regret it.
Wishing you the best.

K.Dove,

I meditate, or at least like you, having been trying to stick with it. I'm sure as you know, it's not simple to sit still and focus on your breath.

Is there anything particular you want to discuss about it?

It is hard to stay focused and try to meditate. Especially, us that have racing thoughts. I started about a month ago. Someone suggested that I take meditation classes for beginners. I think I will do that. You might want to look into that in your area. Good luck!
