Thanks Egriff. I look forward to reading all the input here. Even the stuff I don't agree with at the moment!

Great stuff and I agree it does take a village and you guys are my villagelilchrissy wrote:Thanks everyone, you guys are making my day I need to post more often lol!JR5 wrote:Well put Lilchrissy. I agree with what you said abovelilchrissy wrote:Hi Didde,
Sounds like the old chicken or the egg conundrum. I am now of the firm belief that whether we realize it or not the anxiety comes first and then it becomes a vicious circle. As I said in my last post the best thing I have found for anxiety is the TEA form exercise as they turned my life around and I still use them. I recommend the CBT book by Sam Obitz http://www.tao3.com which does a nice job of outlining how to do them.
Good luck and I hope you feel better soon
It takes a village and I am but just one of those villagers on here!
So very true! In fact, I feel less guilty already after reading this reply lol!egriff wrote:Don't feel too bad WW, I have been away for awhile too. I think it becomes harder to post regularly once you are feeling better
No doubt but I stopped posting more because no one I knew was posting for quite sometime. Glad to see you guys posting again.egriff wrote:Security in numbers? It seems like the better we are feeling the less all of us are posting. I like to put an optimistic spin on it anway
