Thanks Egriff. I look forward to reading all the input here. Even the stuff I don't agree with at the moment!

Sounds like the old chicken or the egg conundrum. I am now of the firm belief that whether we realize it or not the anxiety comes first and then it becomes a vicious circle. As I said in my last post the best thing I have found for anxiety is the TEA form exercise as they turned my life around and I still use them. I recommend the CBT book by Sam Obitz http://www.tao3.com which does a nice job of outlining how to do them.
Good luck and I hope you feel better soon :)
Well put Lilchrissy. I agree with what you said above :)
Thanks everyone, you guys are making my day :D I need to post more often lol!
It takes a village and I am but just one of those villagers on here!
Great stuff and I agree it does take a village and you guys are my village :D

Don't feel too bad WW, I have been away for awhile too. I think it becomes harder to post regularly once you are feeling better :!: :?:

No doubt but I stopped posting more because no one I knew was posting for quite sometime. Glad to see you guys posting again.

Hey Chrissy!
Glad to see your recent post here. I miss you and my other friends here but get so busy these days I never think to come here when I have time anymore. I will always be grateful to you for your help as I was pulling myself out of that deep anxiety hole. So even if you don't hear from me for extended periods I am still thinking of you fondly :D
