Just wanted to provide some tips on how I overcame my IBS.

First-I found out which foods were bothering me or which situations really brought on the IBS.

Two- I found a natural supplement in pill form that has cured me, and which I take before eating something that will bother my stomach or before an event that might bring on IBS. Its called Kolinade. Google it and try it out. It worked for me. Goodluck.
