I just realized I have IBS. I feel a bit silly, since I did the program back in March, but for some reason it just occurred to me.
So where do I start? What foods should I eat and not eat? Is there a specific diet to follow for people who suffer from IBS?
Where do I start?
Hi!
I started to manage my IBS by keeping a food diary of how my gut responded to food and then tried to keep a balance. Managing my stress is critical. I found a "Happy Tummy" CD that I also use.
Here are the websites I have that might also help. <A HREF="http://digestive.niddk.nih.gov/ddiseases/pubs/ibs/" TARGET=_blank>http://digestive.niddk.nih.gov/ddiseases/pubs/ibs/</A>
