Wheat Bran question!!
I tried the bran an it was way too hard on my system...plus I read somewhere that Wheat in excess can also cause the symptoms of anxiety much like sugar can. So I try not to put too much into my diet.
I found that benefiber which is clear tasteless doesnt cause the bloat and gas. It also comes in a sugarfree formula. You can add it to your cereal your yogurt, your drinks even plain water it is totally tasteless and doesnt cause that choking hazard that other fiber suppliments can.
