so taday i start session # 8 and im pretty scared i guess cuz i didnt really hav to deal with anything this big yet... i guess im allready what if thinking ......... im not sure how to do this session
any advis?? im pretty lost i know what im doing wrong i just dont know how to stop it i dont want to back slide again

What exactly are you scared of? Try and use positive whatifs. You are in control of how you move forward. Just take baby steps. You are safe. Use your 6 steps from lesson 2 too.
