Help

Post by Ju72101 » Mon Mar 11, 2013 4:06 pm

I am on session 10 but lately I have been having bewilderment trouble especially if I'm out to dinner. I feel spacey and not wanting to eat. And I say to myself 'I'll feel better when I get home. But I don't want to feel that way , I want to enjoy myself but its so hard why?

I have felt that way too you want to go out and practice the techniques but once the feeling of anxiety creep up you sometimes give in, it's tough and feel the safe place is your home and feel better there I suggest keep testing yourself I'm doing it, going out more and experience the anxiety it's roughr but it's something you can say yeah I did that and I'll dour again with less anxiety I can do it yes u can
